Includes execution of Appendix A, Transformer Procurement Novation Contract, including but not limited to processing shop drawings, and O&M manuals, seismic anchorage calculations, unloading and storage of equipment, installation of equipment, electrical testing, start-up, and all other work associated with the procurements not included in the procurement contract as work by the transformer Supplier. Note: Estimated contract cost listed herein does not include cost of transformer equipment procurement contract. Cost of the transformers is accounted for as a separate line item on the cost response page.
