The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites & Trails, (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 11, 2025, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Bath House Pool Lift and Bonding Project, located at Hot Springs State Park, Thermopolis, Wyoming. Project Description: This project consists of handrail replacement, concrete slab replacement, heated snowmelt system, grounding system, and an ADA pool lift. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A non-mandatory, but encouraged, pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. MT on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at the Bath House located at 168 Tepee Street, Thermopolis, WY, 82443. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 11:00 a.m. MT on June 26, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on July 2, 2025. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on June 26, 2025, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. July 11, 2025.
