Project Description:

USACE is responsible for the maintenance of the navigation channels on nation's navigable rivers and the Bank Stabilization and Navigation Project (BSNP) is the program to repair and maintain these channels. This work is necessary to support ongoing repair and maintenance of the navigation channels on the Missouri River and consists of a variety of types of work including but not necessarily limited to incidental excavation, placement of stone and the construction of needed features revetments, roots, reverse sills, chevrons, dikes, L-heads, and kickers. Placement locations will generally be accessible via floating plant. however, some land access and landward placement will be necessary. 

It is the intent of the Government to make multiple awards to Small Business as part of a MATOC contractor pool.  The period of performance is anticipated to be five years.
