The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Seattle, WA intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, 9500 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH. This proposed action is for Mikrolar simVITRO software license renewal and maintenance plan for the 9 linear actuators, 9 drives and a control cabinet currently installed at the Seattle VA Medical Center. This will be a firm-fixed price contract, base plus one (1) option year. Estimated Period of Performance will be 8/1/25 7/31/26. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.303-2 and FAR 13.501. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis.
