VIA is seeking proposals for an Engineering Consultant to prepare a comprehensive design, specifications, and cost and schedule estimates, for cooling the maintenance bays and parts room at the VIAtrans Operations Center (VTOC) located at 4902 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, TX 78229. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to the Contracts Specialist.
