The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a list of service providers for Academic Instructional Services Provided by Teachers to Title 1 eligible private school students on behalf of the District. Approved vendors will be placed on a qualified prover list (QPL). Placement on the QPL does not guarantee a vendor will be contracted by the HCSD. BIDS RECEIVED AFTER AWARD – FIXED PRICE BIDDING (JAN 2006): Offerors not responding to the initial solicitation may be added to the awarded vendors’ list provided the bidder furnishes evidence of responsibility and responsiveness to the district’s original fixed price bid as authorized by the solicitation. [06-6045-1] SUBMISSION OF OFFERS AFER THE INITIAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE. During the term of this contract, the District will consider additional offers submitted for this Academic Instructional term contract.
