**MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE** Tuesday, July 15, 2025 @ 9:30 a.m. 24427 Newhall Avenue, Newhall, CA 91321 Bidders are to meet at Window 5. The Contractor agrees to provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform a one-time landscape cleanup service (if needed and authorized by the DMV) and bi-weekly landscape maintenance services at the Newhall DMV field office for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. Bidders must possess a valid C27 license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board (CSLB). The anticipated term for this Agreement is August 1, 2025 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through July 31, 2028. Questions are due 7/17/25 by 4:30 p.m. and must be submitted by e-mail to the Contract Administrator identified in the solicitation. Answers will be released 7/22/25 by 4:30 p.m. Bids are due 7/24/25 at 11:00 a.m. and MUST be EMAILED to [email protected]. The estimated cost for this project is $47,162.28.
