Parking Lot Sweeping and Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning Services for Seaside DMV field office. Term: Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder Qualifications: The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. The awarded contractor shall not utilize trailer-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract Current Contractor: Clark Services. Current Contractor Cost: Parking Lot Sweeping: $2,600.00 per month. Pressure Washing/Steam Cleaning: $150.00 per month. The estimated total cost for this project is $55,476.00 for 3 years.
