(T-NR-E) Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Calhoun County, Mississippi at the Calhoun County Courthouse, Pittsboro, Mississippi, until 10:00 AM on the 7th day of July , 2025 and shortly thereafter publicly opened for the construction of 0.080 miles of BRIDGE & APPROACHES on the COUNTY ROAD 453 being known as Local System Bridge Program (LSBP) Project No. LSBP-07(32) in Calhoun County Mississippi. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of published quantities. The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; minority business enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS are on file in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Calhoun County, KYLE L. GRUBB, P.E., the LSBP Engineer's office and the Office of the State Aid Engineer, 412 E. Woodrow Wilson Avenue, Jackson, Mississippi. This project shall be constructed in accordance with the latest edition of the Mississippi Standard Specifications for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction. PLANS AND PROPOSALS are being made available via paper or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for an account at www.weiplanroom.com to view and order Bid Documents.
