NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR CITY OF TRACY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "CITY") requests proposals for the 2025 Update to Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) for America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) and will receive proposals in the office of the Public Works Administrative Building, addressed to: CITY OF TRACY – PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ATTN: ROBIN KLOEPFER, MANAGEMENT ANALYST 520 S. TRACY BLVD TRACY, CA 95376 UP TO THE HOUR OF 3:00 P.M., ON Tuesday, the 8th day of July, 2025. The services to be performed by the successful PROPOSER(s) are described in the Request for Proposals. Additional Copies of the Request for Proposals are available from the CITY’S website: www.cityoftracy.org. Any questions should be directed to Robin Kloepfer, Management Analyst, in the Utilities Division by email at
[email protected]. Any changes to the RFP will be posted on the CITY website in the form of an addendum. PROPOSER(s) shall periodically check the CITY website at www.cityoftracy.org for any addenda issued for this request and acknowledge the inclusion in the proposal documents. Proposals shall be submitted and clearly marked as follows: “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR 2025 Update to Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) for America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." Please provide one (1) original printed copy and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal in a sealed envelope. The preferred method for the electronic copy is a Flash Drive; emailed submissions will not be accepted. All responsive proposals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the CITY in order to determine which PROPOSER best meets the CITY's needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the CITY shall evaluate Proposals are set forth in the RFP. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or waive any irregularities in any Proposal, this Request for Proposals, or the proposal process. The City, through this RFP, intends to select one proposal to update its 2025 Update to Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) for America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA). A Professional Services Agreement (PSA) (Exhibit A) will be executed between the City and the selected consultant.
