Proposals are requested for the design and facilitation of a structured, outcome-based leadership development program for 12 selected team members. The program should support individual professional growth, leadership readiness, and succession planning efforts. Services may include a blend of, one-on-one coaching, monthly group workshops that will be a blend of in person and virtual sessions, additional in person sessions full day sessions and digital tools that promote accountability, engagement, and measurable progress. The program is intended to run over the course of 12-24 months and should be designed to complement participants¿ job responsibilities and support work-life balance. Proposals should demonstrate how the approach will align with the Utility¿s strategic goals and foster long-term collaboration among emerging leaders and the executive leadership team. The selected provider will be expected to work collaboratively with the Utility¿s executive leadership team to design and monitor individualized development plans, support measurable tracking of participant progress, and provide tools or frameworks for assessing and guiding leadership succession planning.
