Project Identification: Blind Willie McTell Park Project Location: 210 Railroad Street, Thomson, GA 30824 Owner: McDuffie County Owner's Representative: Cranston LLC, (706) 722-1588 Architect: McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture Project Description: Project consists of water feature, hardscape, amphitheater, restroom and picnic shelter building. The project also includes vertical site elements that include an entry feature with a built-in seat wall and other seat walls. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $3,000,000.00. Funding for this project is provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF), awarded under the Governor's Office of Planning and Budget's Improving Neighborhood Outcomes in Disproportionately Impacted Communities grant program All contractors shall abide by all Federal Requirements set forth for the project. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General contract (all trades). BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING Bid Submittal, Printed: Owner will receive sealed Lump Sum bids until the Bid time and date at the location indicated below.
